Usually not. We seal off the work area, keep a path clear, and schedule noisy work around your day. For kitchen remodels we help you set up a temporary kitchen.
How do you price a remodel?
After a walkthrough we send a line-item estimate with allowances for things you still need to pick, like tile or fixtures. Changes along the way get a written change order before any extra work happens.
Do you pull permits?
Yes. We pull permits with the county or town and schedule every inspection. You never have to deal with the building department yourself.
